Hello Mary,

I can't thank you, your husband and your asst. for allowing us to visit your rescue and the DOME. I e-mailed a fellow bird lover and friend and told her its a must see....words just cant begin to describe the dome, the bird building and your beautiful home. I'm hoping I can get her to come for a visit and somehow try to help you with all you are doing for those precious feathered kids.

I can't begin to describe what I felt when I walked into the dome. The sight of all those beautiful exotic birds free flighted just took my breath away and I had happy tears in my eyes just watching them. With sun conures on the shoulder, a cherry head conure daring to bite my toes and umbrella cockatoos overhead......it was heaven. You should charge for a day of shear relaxation sitting and watching these birds imagining them in their native lands, free! It just took claim to my heart....thank you so much for allowing us to experience it. I want to come back over and over just to feel the content feeling in there. I wish you weren't 2 1/2 hrs. away....I would quit my childcare and come to help you and enjoy every minute of it. My oldest son after I fully described our experience with the Hyacinths, Orko, the bird house, the dome....wants to come with me to the bird meeting next Sunday and ask the bird Asso. to allow us to place a container at the entrance to our annual bird show each May seeking donations to your wonderful rescue cause. He actually wants to make a monthly donation to sponsor a bird. I do to. He is a bird lover just as much as me and Jack.

Look forward to hearing from you....after a week of whiny temper tantrum toddlers and a house of hormone driven "teens", I need that dome in my back yard..........best medicine any Dr. could prescribe...even better than prozac..LOL.

Hugs to all the birds,
Karen and Jack
